Rumbo a la catarata “El Breo” para darse un baño en sus caídas, está formado por
una pendiente de 140 metros, que se divide en seis niveles ocasionados por las
formaciones rocosas de la pared por la que el agua discurre. El agua de la
catarata El Breo, concluye en una piscina natural, que, aunque no es muy amplia,
permite a los visitantes bañarse y refrescarse. En la ruta se podrá observar la

PREPARACIÒN.
Precalienta una parrilla o asador a fuego medio-alto.
Para preparar el “mojo”: pon el ajo, el cilantro, la naranja amarga, el aceite de oliva
y la sal, se chanca todo hasta obtener una pasta. También puedes poner estos
ingredientes en una procesadora o licuadora y procesar hasta incorporar todo,
pero que le queden pedacitos.
Para envolver el pescado, acomoda las hojas de plátano en una superficie de
modo que queden sobrepuestas. Sal pimienta el pescado por ambos lados y ponlo
en el centro de las hojas. Vierte el mojo encima del pescado, por ambos lados, y
cubre con el orégano, la menta. Dobla las hojas de plátano encima del pescado
para cubrirlo y amarra o mete alrededor del pescado para cerrarlo.
Pon el pescado en la parrilla y cocina de 15 a 20 minutos, voltea y cocina por 15-
20 minutos más, hasta que esté cocido por completo. Para servir, abre las hojas y
corta el pescado
